Store management is available as a separate, optional service for customers who purchase a ZLN Shopify theme or commission a custom Shopify store from us. We do not currently take on standalone management of stores built by other providers.

The exact scope depends on the selected ZLN theme, the size of the store and the available monthly capacity.

Uploading products, images, variants, prices and essential product information.

Basic store settings
Navigation, pages, store settings, shipping-related content and essential storefront configuration.

Catalog structure
Collections, tags, metafields, filters and the logical organisation of the product catalogue.

Updating text, images, banners, seasonal content and campaign-related storefront elements.

Technical theme support
Fixing theme-related display issues and making agreed improvements to the ZLN-built storefront.
Management is connected to our own Shopify work.
We currently reserve management capacity for stores that use a ZLN theme or were developed as a custom Shopify project by us.

Standalone Shopify management is not available yet.
We are not currently taking over stores built by other providers as a standalone management service. This keeps the service focused and protects the quality of the projects already running with us.
Separate agreement
Management is not automatically included with a theme or custom store. It is always agreed separately.
Limited capacity
We only accept as many managed stores as we can support consistently and responsibly.

Separate management period
The management service starts only after a separate agreement and capacity confirmation.
Quality before volume.
Management capacity is intentionally limited. This allows us to keep each ZLN theme and custom Shopify store consistent, technically reliable and properly maintained.
