This page summarizes the usage rights you receive when purchasing a ZLN Shopify theme, and the limitations that protect the product's copyrights.

The purchase provides access to a digital Shopify theme package and the associated right to use it. The package may include the theme file, documentation, setup guide, and additional elements specifically listed on the product page.
The purchase does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the theme. The purchaser receives a non-exclusive license to use it under these terms.

The license does not expire. The purchased theme can be used indefinitely in a Shopify webshop linked to a license, as long as you comply with the current terms and conditions.
Operating, configuring, testing, backing up, and using the theme in an internal development environment for the webshop associated with the license is considered personal use.
Separate licenses are required for multiple, distinct Shopify webshops.

The theme can be modified according to the webshop's needs within the scope of the license. Visual appearance, content, Liquid code, stylesheets, and JavaScript functionality can all be edited.
The party implementing the changes is responsible for their own code modifications and external developments. After custom modifications, updates may need to be merged manually with the new version.

The theme's full or partial source files may not be resold, publicly shared, uploaded to file-sharing sites, or given to anyone without valid usage rights.
It is forbidden to re-brand the theme and market it as your own digital product. Furthermore, it is forbidden to create a new template package from elements of the theme that can be sold independently or reused without restriction.

A developer or agency may use the theme in a client project if there is a separate license for that client's Shopify store.
The completed webshop can be handed over to the client along with the associated license. However, the agency cannot use the same license for another client's webshop, and cannot maintain the theme's source package as an unlimited internal template.

The original structure, visual system, source code, documentation, and custom elements created by ZLN are protected by copyright.
The ownership of content uploaded by the customer, such as brand names, product images, and custom-made content elements, remains with the rightful owner. The license grants permission solely for the use of the theme.

Your purchase includes the support and documentation listed on the product page. Support ensures at least download access, basic installation, and the ability to report verifiable theme bugs.
Support does not include the development of custom business requirements, the repair of third-party applications, content uploads, or the restoration of code modified by the customer.
The availability, content, and compatibility of updates depend on the current version of the product and the terms published on the product page.

The operation, product uploading, campaign management, regular maintenance, and completely custom development of the webshop are not included in the theme's basic license.
These tasks can be ordered separately as part of Shopify Management, installation support, or custom development services, based on a separate quote and agreement.
